Safe Draws ("we", "us", "our") is a football prediction journal operated from Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. This policy applies to safedraws.com and any account, newsletter, or paid plan associated with it. If you have questions about this policy, our contact details are at the bottom of this page.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in a few different ways. When you create an account or subscribe to a plan, we collect your name, email address, and any details needed to process payment — though payment card details themselves are handled by our payment processor and are never stored directly on our servers. When you contact us or fill out a form on the site, we collect whatever information you choose to include. We also automatically collect some technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed — through cookies and similar technologies, mainly for analytics and keeping the site working correctly.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide the service itself — creating and managing your account, delivering the predictions and plans you've subscribed to, and processing payments. We also use it to respond when you contact us, to send service-related updates, and, where you've agreed to it, occasional news about the site. We use aggregated, non-identifying technical data to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Safe Draws uses cookies for core site functionality — such as remembering your light or dark mode preference — and for analytics, to understand traffic and usage patterns in aggregate. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some site functionality, though the core prediction content will still be available.

5. Third-Party Services

We work with third-party providers for payment processing and website analytics, each of whom processes data under their own privacy terms. Where our footer links to sponsor or partner sites, following those links takes you outside safedraws.com, and this policy no longer applies once you've left our site — we'd encourage checking the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit from here.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers necessary to run the site — such as payment processors and hosting providers — and where required by law, for example in response to a valid legal request.

7. Data Retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return or as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time; see Section 8.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, request deletion, or object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request involving account data.

9. Children's Privacy

Safe Draws is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security of any information you share with us.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our service or applicable law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
