1. What Safe Draws Is

Safe Draws is a football prediction and analysis service. We publish predictions, odds information, and commentary across free and paid plans. We are not a betting operator, a bookmaker, or a licensed gambling company, and we do not accept stakes, place bets, or process wagers on your behalf. Any betting activity you undertake based on content from this site happens with a betting operator of your own choosing, entirely outside our involvement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling-related content in your jurisdiction if higher, to use Safe Draws. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that accessing prediction and betting-related content is lawful where you live.

3. Accounts

Some features, including paid plans, require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Monster Tips, Basic Plan, Premium Plan, and Super Weekend are paid products, billed according to the pricing and terms shown at the time of purchase. Prices may change; we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of changes affecting them. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider, and we don't store your full card details ourselves. Our Refund Policy covers cancellations and refund eligibility in detail.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Predictions on this site, free or paid, are our desk's considered analysis — not a guarantee of any outcome. Football, basketball, tennis, and ice hockey results are inherently uncertain, and past results shown on this site, including our published records, are not a promise of future performance. You are solely responsible for any betting or financial decisions you make, and any losses arising from them.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, republish, or resell content from this site without our permission, not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with its normal operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
